Hi there! I'm Marius

Since 2012, I've worked with startups, often as one of the first employees. Along the way I've built products, helped teams grow, and enjoyed working with people across different countries.

Today I'm building NORM with a small team. We bring building information together so property owners can understand what they have, plan investments and renovations, and reduce CO₂ emissions.

I use AI agents to write much of my code. I focus on defining the work, guiding implementation, and checking the results. I still believe less is more, and I care about software that's easy to understand and change.
